HOW WE ARE DOING IT
CONNECTED COMMUNITY
We launched a new version of the “Connected Community” program to deliver 100,000 SIM cards with free internet plans to municipalities, foundations, civil society organizations or educational institutions, with the purpose of supporting students, families and communities in vulnerable conditions .
100 SCHOOLS CONNECTED
We provide connectivity to 100 rural schools located in the areas where our infrastructure is installed. This initiative is part of our social commitment to strengthen connectivity in 366 isolated locations in the country.
DIGITAL LITERACY
We train residents of isolated towns in digital concepts on the use of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp as tools for personal use, to carry out procedures in public services, for teleworking and more.

WE LEVEL THE FIELD FOR OUR WOMERS
It is a public recognition, of a promotional nature, granted free of charge by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to companies of any size or sector, that implement an ordinary working day of 40 or fewer hours per week, as a concrete action to promote decent work and to the development of a good life.
Recertification provided by Sernameg, which recognizes the implementation of an environment that enhances gender equality and the reconciliation of work, family and personal life.
The Iguala Seal is the certification granted by Sernameg to organizations that implement integrated management systems of equality and gender equity, reconciliation of family, work and personal life and co-responsibility, as part of Chilean Standard 3262.
EDGE Global Labor Gender Equality Certification: It evaluates the practices and strategies to advance gender equality in the company, making us the first telco to obtain this recognition.
Evaluates LGBTI+ equity and inclusion in the workplace among employers in Chile and seeks to determine which work spaces are the best to attract diverse talent and, from this, make visible those corporate aspects that work and others in which progress can be made. to obtain certification.
OUR ALLIANCES
FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Since 2018 we have maintained an alliance with Sodimac, where we have electronic recycling spaces in 20 clean points throughout Chile.
We joined the UN Global Compact Network, and we committed to integrating into our strategy and processes, the 10 universal principles promoted by the Global Compact in matters of Human Rights, Environment, Labor Relations and Anti-Corruption, aligning our efforts with the SDG.
In alliance with Marketgreen we managed to recover and recycle around 70% of the advertising material placed on public roads throughout Chile, converting this waste into social projects, donations or merchandising actions.
Since 2021 we have participated in working groups to improve and innovate in our sustainable actions and we participate in corporate action studies on ESG advances in the industry in Chile, providing our advances in sustainability.
Logistics cooperation alliance for the collection, transportation and final disposal of electronic waste that is recovered in the Sodimac network of clean points.
