Santiago. November 30, 2023 – WOM Chile, the second mobile operator in the industry with a 25.6% market share, continues to grow steadily. This is confirmed by its latest financial results for the third quarter of 2023, where the company reported a 7.5% growth in its customer base compared to the same period of the previous year, exceeding 8 million customers.
It also reported a 6.1% growth in revenues versus the same period of the previous year, reaching Ch$173,492 million (equivalent to US$194 million), which boosted its profitability with an adjusted EBITDA of Ch$64,744 million (equivalent to US$72 million), an increase of 18.7% year-on-year.
It is worth highlighting its 7.7% increase in service revenues, driven by a larger postpaid subscriber base and ARPU.

According to the report, the largest increase in mobile customers was recorded in the prepaid segment, with 10.3%, while postpaid users increased by 4.0% during the third quarter of this year compared to the same period last year. Likewise, the fiber home service continues to grow with 29.4% of new subscribers, reaching 1.3 million customers and completing its deployment target for the year.
