- The company earned customer preference thanks to attributes such as strength, relevance, and connection with its audience. These pillars helped it stand out among more than 150 brands studied.
Santiago, September 2025 – As it celebrates its tenth anniversary in Chile, WOM marks an important milestone: it has been recognised as the highest-rated brand in the Telecommunications category of the 2025 Total Brands Ranking. This distinction strengthens its position as a relevant, contemporary, and close-to-the-public player in the industry.
This recognition, awarded directly by consumers, highlights brands that achieve a meaningful connection with the public, assessing three key pillars: strength, relevance, and connection. WOM – which was also recognised in this category in 2023 – excelled thanks to its value proposition, brand experience, identity, and purpose, reaffirming the importance of its role in the Chilean market.
“We would like to thank our customers for once again distinguishing us in the 2025 Total Brands Ranking, in the Telecommunications category. Being recognised for a second time as the highest-rated brand is an honour we do not take for granted, because more than an award, it is a reminder that our path must always be guided by our customers. WOM is not just a telecommunications company; it is the conviction that we can build a relationship based on trust, consistency, and closeness, aligning our values with those of our customers,” said Kamila Dubó, WOM’s Market Director.
The Total Brands study is a survey aimed at influencing business management through a measurement that evaluates how companies are perceived by their audiences. In the 2025 edition, the report analysed the performance of more than 150 brands through over 40,000 evaluations carried out by more than 3,000 consumers.
According to the study, the best-rated companies are those that manage to balance attributes such as strength, relevance, and connection to consolidate their position as brands that remain significant to consumers.
Since its arrival in Chile in 2015, WOM has driven a transformation in the telecommunications industry standard by reducing the price of a gigabyte by 95% and lowering mobile plan prices by 40%. Today, with more than 8 million customers and a 25% market share, it is positioned as the country’s second-largest mobile operator.
