The company offers around 60 vacancies for students of different university and technical careers, as well as polytechnic schools.
November 18, 2024 – The telecommunications company WOM is looking for new talents who are interested in doing their internship in the telecommunications company. To this end, through its Rookies program, it has started the application process to fill different vacancies for the summer 2025 internships.
The operator has about 60 vacancies throughout the country, allowing to work in hybrid mode, for students who are undergraduate students of various careers, to gain experience in the areas of Strategy; New Business; Operations, Networks, Finance, IT, among others.
In addition, trainees will have access to the same benefits as WOM employees, such as crossfit classes, decontracting massages, active breaks, mindfulness room, dressing rooms and bicycle rack, as well as recreation areas equipped with ping pong tables and taca taca areas. And best of all, no dress codes. Benefits that rookies will undoubtedly also be able to enjoy during their practice at the company.

In order to promote inclusion and level the playing field of opportunities, WOM has proposed to open vacancies so that students from technical careers and polytechnic schools – who are finishing their training – can access a first quality internship where they can develop their skills.
As for university internships, the vacancies available are mainly for students of engineering careers: civil, industrial, commercial, statistics, management control or similar.
The call for applications is already open online through wom.trabajando.cl and firstjob. It should be noted that the internship must have a minimum duration of 360 hours and it is expected that those selected can begin their experience in the company during December or January.
