- The international certification granted by the Top Employers Institute recognizes WOM’s excellence in people management practices, organizational development, and the creation of high-performance work environments.
WOM was recognized by the Top Employers Institute as one of the 26 companies in Chile to receive the Top Employer 2026 certification, an internationally recognized seal that distinguishes organizations with excellence in people management practices, organizational culture, and talent development.
This recognition validates WOM’s ability to build and sustain a high-performance workplace, supported by a data-driven people strategy, continuous improvement processes, and an external, independent evaluation. The certification reflects a comprehensive approach that balances business performance with employee engagement, well-being, and professional development.
“Being part of the 26 companies in Chile and more than 2,000 worldwide that hold this certification fills us with pride and reflects our consistent work to strengthen a culture where every WOMer matters, is heard, and has a real impact,” said Bárbara Parejas, Chief People Officer at WOM.
The Top Employer seal reinforces WOM’s leadership in managing its organizational culture, aligning it with the most demanding global standards. This distinction also enables benchmarking of corporate performance against global leaders in talent management and organizational development.
The evaluation covers multiple key dimensions, including people strategy, work environment, talent attraction, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, employee experience, and overall well-being. These areas are central to WOM’s organizational culture and its purpose of fostering diverse, committed teams prepared for any challenge.
“Beyond the recognition, the certification supports what has defined us since the beginning: challenging the status quo and focusing on People management, which allows us to build diverse, committed teams with autonomy and ambition. In a highly competitive sector such as telecommunications, our culture and talent development are strategic advantages that drive business growth and organizational sustainability,” concluded Bárbara Parejas, Chief People Officer at WOM.
