Santiago, March 24, 2025 – WOM Chile (WOM Mobile SpA.) is pleased to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025, a period in which it continued to consolidate its position as a key player in the market. In line with its strategy, the company achieved a 3.8% year-over-year increase in total revenues, reaching CLP 170,993 million in the fourth quarter of 2025. This growth was driven by strong performance across all segments, with a 5.1% increase in service revenues (postpaid mobile, prepaid mobile, and FTTH).
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter grew 5.3% year-over-year, totaling CLP 62,865 million, supported by solid commercial performance and continuous improvement in contribution margins across both services and equipment segments. Meanwhile, adjusted EBITDA margin reached 36.8% in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to 36.2% in the same period of 2024.
The company also reported a significant improvement in its financial profile, driven by a 47% reduction in net debt as of the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to December 2024. This resulted in a stable leverage ratio of 3.1x adjusted EBITDA, a substantial improvement from 6.0x in the same period of the previous year. These advances confirm a simplified capital structure with no debt maturities until 2031.
Additionally, for the sixth consecutive quarter, WOM reported positive Net Adds in the postpaid mobile segment during the fourth quarter of 2025, achieving a 7.1% increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. The customer base in this segment also grew by 2.1% year-over-year.
Strong fourth-quarter results are also reflected in sustained ARPU growth for the postpaid mobile segment, which increased for the seventh consecutive quarter, rising 1.4% in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the same period of the previous year. Postpaid mobile churn improved by 25 percentage points year-over-year, while total Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased by 6 points annually.
“The fourth-quarter results confirm our strength as a company. We have a solid financial base, a strengthened team, and a brand that has reconnected with people. Thanks to the deployment of more than 6,300 proprietary antennas over the past 10 years, we now provide connectivity to more than 20 million people across Chile, always backed by the trust and recognition of our customers,” said Chris Bannister, CEO of WOM Chile.
He added: “We closed the year exceeding our projections and meeting our objectives for 2025. This performance reflects continued growth in previous quarters, a more efficient operation, and strong financial discipline, allowing us to face 2026 with a solid financial position.”
In addition to these financial milestones, WOM has achieved 100% compliance with the mandatory localities awarded under the 5G Project, which have already received authorization from Subtel to provide connectivity in some of Chile’s most remote areas, including the Juan Fernández Archipelago, Antarctica, Rapa Nui, Caleta Los Pozos, and Tierra del Fuego, among others. With more than 6,300 proprietary antennas, WOM stands as one of the operators with the widest national coverage.
In a highly competitive and constantly evolving market, WOM has also been recognized for the sixth consecutive year as “The Best Telecommunications Company in Customer Experience” in Chile in the BCX 2025 study, and for the fifth time, it secured first place in the PXI 2026 customer experience ranking. These recognitions not only validate consistent performance over time, but also reaffirm a conviction that has been present since the company’s inception: placing the customer at the center of every decision.
Finally, WOM was recognized by the Top Employers Institute as one of the 26 companies in Chile to receive the Top Employer 2026 certification, an internationally recognized distinction awarded to companies that demonstrate excellence in people management practices, organizational culture, and talent development.
