As of today, Sunday, January 18, we have enabled free data traffic (internet), voice calls, and WhatsApp services for all our prepaid customers living in the affected municipalities. We have also reactivated service for customers who had been suspended due to non-payment, and we recommend using text messages (SMS) during this emergency situation.”
