Revenue Growth and Commercial Expansion
WOM recorded a 3.8% year-over-year increase in total revenue during Q4 2025, reaching CLP 170,993 million. This growth was driven by a 5.1% increase in service revenue, including postpaid mobile, prepaid mobile, and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) segments.

Financial Strength: Debt Reduction and Capital Stability
A key milestone during the quarter was the reduction of WOM’s net debt by 47% as of the end of Q4 2025, compared to December 2024. This resulted in a leverage ratio of 3.1x adjusted EBITDA, significantly improving from 6.0x in the same period the previous year.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached CLP 62,865 million, representing a 5.3% year-over-year increase, while the adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 36.8%, up from 36.2% in Q4 2024. The company’s capital structure shows no debt maturities until 2031.
“The fourth-quarter results confirm our strength as a company. We have a solid financial foundation, a strengthened team, and a brand that has rebuilt its connection with people,” said Chris Bannister, CEO of WOM.
Leadership in Nationwide Coverage and 5G Deployment
WOM completed 100% of the mandatory locations awarded under the 5G Project, with authorization from the Subsecretariat of Telecommunications (Subtel) to provide connectivity in some of the most remote areas of the country, including the Juan Fernández Archipelago, Antarctica, Rapa Nui, Caleta Los Pozos, and Tierra del Fuego, among others.
With more than 6,300 proprietary antennas deployed over 10 years of operations, WOM positions itself as one of the operators with the widest national coverage, delivering connectivity to more than 20 million people across Chile.
