For the fifth time in six years, customers recognize WOM in the Procalidad 2024 awards.

Santiago, September 2024 – In the midst of WOM’s ninth anniversary in Chile, the company adds an important recognition: First place in the Mobile Telephony sector of the National Customer Satisfaction Award PROCALIDAD 2024, an independent benchmark in customer satisfaction in Chile.

Since it entered the market in 2015, the telecommunications company managed to lower the price per gigabyte by 95% and the price of plans by 40%, improving not only the rates, but also the service experience for all customers, regardless of their company.

Procalidad is a monthly study with annual results, which evaluates 34 different sectors and measures more than 150 service companies throughout the country, assessing the level of satisfaction given price (convenience) of each brand, level of recommendation, permanence or repurchase, among others.

The organization’s mission is to enhance the quality and competitiveness of Chilean companies with a customer-centric approach. This award highlights the exceptional service provided by the company, which has won it for the fifth time since its entry into the country.

It is important to note that WOM has achieved record-breaking growth in just 9 years, reaching over 8 million customers, boasting the largest 5G network in Chile, and establishing itself as the second-largest mobile operator.
