Santiago, May 25, 2026— WOM (WOM Mobile SpA.) is pleased to announce its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, a period in which it has continued to consolidate its position as a structural player in the market. The Company achieved a 5.2% year-over-year increase in its total revenues, reaching $165,946 million. This increase was driven by growth across all segments: 3.5% in service revenues (postpaid mobile, prepaid mobile, and Fiber) and 11.4% in handset sales.

During the first quarter, the postpaid mobile segment maintained its positive trend: ARPU experienced a 1.7% year-over-year growth, and its customer base saw a 1.2% increase compared to the same period of the previous year. Meanwhile, the total Net Promoter Score (NPS) recorded an annual improvement of 5 points.

In addition to the above, adjusted EBITDA for the quarter grew 0.6% year-over-year, totaling $62,063 million, driven by positive commercial performance and a significant improvement of 74 basis points in service segment margins and 323 basis points in the handset segment. Meanwhile, the adjusted EBITDA margin reached 37.4% in the first quarter of 2026.

“The first-quarter results confirm that we are in a phase of stability, financial strength, and long-term profitability. This is primarily because we operate with financial discipline, institutional governance, and an orderly operational focus. WOM is a structural player in the country; we are an operator that, in less than a decade, built one of the largest networks in Chile with over 6,400 antennas. We have investment capacity in the country and a team focused on delivering the best customer experience,” highlighted Chris Bannister, CEO of WOM.

It is worth mentioning that the Company has invested around US$1 billion in the country and projects up to US$200 million for 2026. Likewise, it highlights the 100% compliance with the mandatory localities committed to in the 5G Project—a rollout that has allowed remote areas of Chile, such as the Juan Fernández Archipelago, Antarctica, Punta Dungeness, and Caleta los Pozos, among others, to have greater access to connectivity.
